Product Description:

Wallis 44 garden house is a lovely family retreat or garden cottage with light-filled rooms and versatile structure. Built of sturdy Nordic spruce or pine, it can withstand the perils of nature with ease.

Solid wood flooring consists of 18 mm tongue and groove boards. For a good finish, we also supply the matching skirting boards for every floor. Roof construction consists of massive roof beams and 18mm thick tongue and groove boards, which are also suitable for higher snow loads or heavy climate.

We offer delivery and installation services to all timber products! Your new garden building arrives in the form of a flat pack. It is convenient to transport and move to the desired spot in your garden. We are based in North West England but can deliver purchased products to anywhere in mainland UK.

We are confident in giving our products an anti-rot warranty that is valid for 5-10 years (depending on the product) because first and foremost we value quality and craftsmanship. That said nothing lasts by itself. For the warranty to stay valid, our products need to be treated with paint or an oil-based preservant according to our maintenance guidelines.

FAST DELIVERY IN MAINLAND AUSTRALIA

For products in stock, we can offer delivery in 2-4 weeks, but for custom-made and out-of-stock products the delivery usually takes from 21-28 weeks. For specialist delivery and delivery to locations that are harder to reach, please ask for a quote.
