Product Description:

Compact and versatile are the first two words that come to mind when describing LACHLAN 44 B. It has one large room and a smaller one which can be turned into a small bathroom or perhaps a storage room depending on what you fancy. This means that it's a great option for a garden room, but can also be a small summer house in the countryside. A generously large terrace with a canopy up front is the perfect place to have a cup of tea during a rainy day or read a good book while seeking shelter from the sunshine.

Manufactured by Nordic craftsmen using only the best materials (slow-growing Nordic wood, doors and windows with tempered glasses) it has all the qualities to last for years to come. While it might not be the largest of garden rooms, it certainly looks attractive and has all the functionality you'll ever need from a garden room.

The 44 mm log construction creates a natural and healthy indoor climate. If you want the cabin to withstand colder temperatures, we recommend installing sufficient insulation and a heater. If you want a quote on any additional works from foundation construction to additional construction works, and of course, garden room installation.

We are confident in giving our products an anti-rot warranty that is valid for 5-10 years (depending on the product) because first and foremost we value quality and craftsmanship. That said nothing lasts by itself. For the warranty to stay valid, our products need to be treated with paint or an oil-based preservant according to our maintenance guidelines.

FAST DELIVERY IN MAINLAND AUSTRALIA

For products in stock, we can offer delivery in 2-4 weeks, but for custom-made and out-of-stock products the delivery usually takes from 21-28 weeks. For specialist delivery and delivery to locations that are harder to reach, please ask for a quote.
